Atghara Jyoti Mohila Udyog (AJMU) led by women is a registered NGO under Society Act. (Regn. No. S/1L/34684 Dated 02/02/06).The organization started its operation since 7th March 1992 under the active leadership of Mrs. Nurani Islam who after prolonged struggle against poverty and various social barriers, established this organization from its burgeoning state to the present position for the betterment and welfare of the downtrodden women of the community.
